Do not use Bartender as it has issues with ElvUI. I use Dominos and it works just fine, also the buttons are mostly skinned just like ElvUI.

Its not an issue with ElvUI, if you are using the Warmane WotLK (Draenor Models) client, then you will see character models like this. Some work fine, some don't.

This will not show however if you do no have either of those addons listed.
Make sure you install ElvUI_AddOnSkins. Then under the skins tab of ElvUI, there is a sub tab called "Embed"

Make sure the addons say ElvUI and ElvUI_Config in your addons folder. Remove the -master from the folders if they have it.
