The package ships with 7 fonts. Just download the master file and extract them. The cleanest font in the package is named "PT Sans Narrow".
No. If you look at your screenshot, there is a dropdown-menu on the right side. On your screenshot it says "Health". Click it, choose Portrait. Enable it, set the style to 3D and check "Overlay".
Click on "UnitFrames", scroll down a bit and check "Smooth Bars". Or do you mean the 3D portrait functionality?
