This 85-89 PVP bracket is extremely Unbalanced.Like in a battleground 90% Horde players are full-BIS twinks and only max 1-2 alliance twink or sometimes even not.It's no fun gearing up for that...
If u really want this 19 bracket u have to make a dedicated guild for it(like Healdots did for 10-14 and its really active atm) and ask people on global or PM to join bg or join your guild.The level...
