My man, bad design is about the fact you can kill quest npcs on repeat. You can be afk and still kill a whole quest hub with a pet. And the levelers too.

It's not just "getting killed in world PvP". Its a small group of ppl that want to and do harass a way bigger group of weaker ppl.
And it's not just "griefing" at this point. It's leggit harassment....
