With SpartanUI i can adjust the bars thats for sure.
Buffs - chats - bags etc will all stil lbe HUGE. Even some addons which seem to scale on UI are still rather huge.

- run in administrator
- change the map folder to NOT "read only"

I got a problem with the second....

i want to trade 5200 alliance gold to horde gold
i dont'care if you can do it all or only 100g of it.
