Everyone feels nostalgic about old memories but that doesn't mean we can experience that thing again. What you are looking for is already gone. This server has sortof reached the point of no return....
Not a good idea as many classes like ret and hunter need pve 2 set in pvp. Also as a healer it's sometimes sometimes better to use windward or unliving (mostly for humans who don't need cc trinket)

Vicious gear is far from useless, any competent player can easily clear rhot with it.

To be honest, doing rdf normal here is actually a waste of time as the exp rate is so high. People are supposed to start rdf normal (cata dungeons)...
