I could not find a topic regarding the Time of Valor Point Reset.
So if anyone can say exact times when this happens, i would appreciate it alot.

On Monday Night ( Tuesday Morning ) between 2-4 . And then again later that day. Idk why it reset 2 times in same day, but hey. It does.
