The only people having legendary daggers were only PVE players
60 bucks for all gear on every toons you want, on molten it's about 150$ for one toon.
and 80% of AT is VIP, so yes, AT is Pay to win.

Unholy gained 25% passive strenght on 4.3 which made the spec way better than on s9 and s10. It has overall more utility and defense than frost. And frost dk is just like ret on mop, squishy.
