I am no healer but i'll say MW monk/Resto druid for PvP. I myself find MW monks hardest to kill healer in pvp, others healers are easy(just my opinion other ppl might disagree).
Dam battle fatigue not working, because of which you need 217896786321435 people to kill a dam healer.
