I would suggest you to rethink your statement. Ulduar was already difficult to do with the hardmodes and the current gear u have/get. If they buff it the same way they did with naxx, bosses like mimi...
blackrock isnt even that good (expect spire to some extend), there are other, different dungeons, which are way way better^^
