Why is latency on wotlk realms 3 times higher then on MOP realms (about 100-140 ms on wotlk, 30-45 on MOP)?

Why is latency on wotlk realms 3 times higher then on MOP realms (about 100-140 ms on wotlk, 30-45 on MOP)?
Why is latency on wotlk realms so much higher than on mop realms? I had less then 40ms on mop and i usually have around 130 on wotlk
