This from devs, i can confirm for dalaran you are kicked when staying to long, not sure if its for all others major citys also.

Minning is the new way to pvp, it can go up to 3v3 5v5 (no joke), sometimes 3v1 and if you manage to get the mine the other 2 start to insult you haha its something :D
