Can anyone (who plays on ptr) write something about the low level dungeons? Like dead mines, wailing caverns, razorfens, zul farakk, etc.

So to be clear. They will release first naxxramas then uldu then toc then icc?
or will they release ICC at start?
Will they open all the low leves instances?
And what about Outland raids? like...

Dungeon Finder disabled? Why?? It's a really bad idea... IMO
