Some vendors only sell (1) of an item. When someone buys it you must wait a certain time for the vendor to restock.

Realm first 80 is a challenge on its own. Why should raid realm firsts be linked to that? Realm firsts achievements are about your raid co-ordination, not about how quickly you can level up.
