Well it's because we haven't technically even progressed to 2.1(black temple) yet.
The reputation pvp sets will be out when S4 is out.
Be glad you can do it 5x/char. On retail if anyone in your group started the quest, that counted as a start for you too... Meaning only one time/char.

The difference is that during S1 on retail, T4 & T5 gear did not have as good stats as they have now.
Across the board they were roughly 10-20% worse, which made the S1 gear more on par.
I've encountered a few hunters in arenas naming their pet the same as their own name or the same as one of their partners.
This causes arena targeting addons & nameplate addons to mess up.
