Same problem with me i have 6 quests just taking space in quest log . Even after abandoning they return after relog .
No i have gotton the recepie many times but when i learn it nothing happens the recipie disappears and no message like you have learned bla bla pops .
Master li is supposed to give us celestial ournament quest after you have leveled 15 pets but he isnt giving any atleast not to me .
Anyone else able to obtain the quest from him ?
