U need to win 17 BGs per day. To reach 120 BGs per week. I did take both sides of coin in consideration...
Lets say u are in avrg guild that clears only 10m instances every week. U would agre that...
Oh please, this logic is just... U can do arround 120 bosses that have a chance of droping a scroll PER WEEK. If u win that many BGs u deserve a freakin medal.
Well tbh the only unbalanced thing is that IF the chance of getting a scroll from 1 hour long AV was the same as getting a scroll from Naxxramas bosses that usualy take 2min to kill, even less... So...

I tought that u can simply just retransmog an item with the new apearance... Like, if u have Ashkandi on ur Shadowmourne, if u want something else u simply use the new scroll on,...

Havent seen 1 scroll drop in the last 200+ bosses i killed, u sure u didnt forget to enable it for some ppl? :D
Guess u just have to be lucky in order to get them...

My rng is not so good i guess... :D
1st scroll on each char, droped in first or second run.
2nd scroll on some chars droped after 30 bosses. On other chars still nothing.
3rd scroll didnt drop after 60 bosses killed. I smell...
40 Bosses Killed.
0 Scrolls Dropped.
