This is actually for once a good opinion. You can twink 70 on Wotlk server if you want tbc with dual spec etc.
well it will launch with patch 2.4.3 but from what I got from the description of the server content will be released progressively, so you wont be able to do BT, SWP, ZA etc. right away at the start,...
On retail you can change your spec whenever you are in rested XP area, so there basically is triple spec
Kara/Gruul/Mag - Gladiator
SSC/Eye - Merciless
BT/Hyjal - Vengeful
SWP - Brutal
