is the quest thingie bugged in arathi? Nobody seems to be able to even target the npc, its just there, cant target, take the quest or anything else. If its bugged, is it being fixed?

Well i managed to get myself to outland on a ret pala with the sword from ghostlands, so one could say you are lucky to have found a lvl 24 weapon that fast :)
