Update: Composition ban to RMP and RLS as the comp as the comp defies and takes advantage of too many bonelink and bugs that can not be semi-fixed by gear bans.

this is not a problem of pve items in pvp, more a problem of a bug what can be fixxed and then proccs will work as intended (windward only proccs when it should be...

you can get it on warsong the way to "change" it at the "rating-req-vendor"

you need:
- points
- points earned
- rating 2,2k
- the 403 one
