Try deleting your "cache" folder, also take out the "WTF" folder and set it aside to see if will show up. Both folders will remake after you start the game. The only set back is if you remove the WTF...

From your comment you seem to be knowledgeable of addons. I'll ask anyways, did you activated the "load out of date addons", if not in the beginning of my post you can find what to do. I just tested...

I tested it and you are right, it show its in the addon list while in the character screen but not in the game.....weird

What addon? Did you use the addon for the 3.3.5 expansion? Try a / command of the addon to bring it up.
