Late 2011 here, dang cant believe its been so long, had lots of breaks aswell but somehow i keep coming back to this game XD
Is there something pertaining this quest that we dont know about? I mean ive been to runs where 5-6 shards drop and nobody is on the quest but most of the times when im on the toon with the quest...

You have to enable your debuffs on options, and i think is worth saying that if there are a lot of mobs your FPS will be sh*t. gl.
On top of my mind any combat text addon would do, like Miks scrolling battle text.
