I prefer to play like this instead of waiting 3 or 4 months so the devs can fix everything and then release the realm. We should thank them.
Requesting a level up to 80 on character Unjoined, gold (for spells riding skills mounts etc), and a full set of gear, if that's not much work, can be common,rare or epic.

I too think there's no need for those to be closed and the 80 race is normal.
It's better to have a limited market than a full market. Do you remember what happened to old Lordaeron?
They already said multiple times they will not do custom tweaks/content
When they say Hardcore doesn't mean like Dark Souls of Wow! Removing rdf on its own could mean "hardcore" for example.
Last time they did x1 without coins it lasted some months (a year?) and then full market with coins because it couldn't pay for it self.
A limited market sounds fair.
That's a huge custom change. In my opinion you don't need that.
In a wotlk server dalaran will be crowded no matter what.
