ilvl based, u have to be around 191ilvl to get into que. i recommend gearscore addon to check ur ilvl

I strongly agree about professions rate, imagine doing mining or herbalism and find one ore/herb per hour as plenty of ppl will gather it too. Im curious as well about some faster respawn in early...

I hope there will be no epic weapons to buy, otherwise it's gonna be another credit card war for faster progression. What u guys think, will they make shop a bit more "balanced" ?
