MoP have huge potential to be populated like that again, but only if become prioritized and be in shape like Lordaeron is now. There are not many MoP servers, certainly not many good scripted ones.

Now when the season started again we will need to wait minimum 3 more months for SoO and pridefull release. But knowing that they gonna focus on Lord even after launch I don't know if we gonna get...
