Hate the game not the players, this was obvious as soon as you hit lvl 10 1 hour into the release day, all u had to do was look at the pvp panel.

You are doing nothing wrong, the quest is bugged on here it should be repeatable but it counts as a one time quest. Very sad it has gone under the radar so far!
