At least horde-side there were only like 10+ players on the whole server at any one time. You were lucky to find even enough to do a heroic 5man.

Maybe they should use a gold-fee system for the low-coin-value sales, and have the system switch into a coin-fee mode at a threshold where a 1 coin fee looks like it makes sense within that system.
