My guess is when S1 ends so they can add pvp items as well at the same time

If you're talking PVE looking at the leaderboards it would appear horde is quite further in progression than alliance, which would actually mean they are more geared than alliance.

One positive way to look at it I guess is that you'll get double gold from doing the horde and then alliance quests.

This is how every boss quest mob is. Horde cant fit in one group so they always have 10+ waiting.

I believe its becuase it now grants the riding skill when you learn it, so if you learned it before you wouldnt have it. Noticed this the other night as well. So you are paying 90s for the riding...

I'm sure its only going to be free temporary until faction evens out. I guess if you wanted to do that right now it could be a viable strategy, but who knows how long it will be available.

3-5 corpse runs per quest just from getting ganked by 10v1 horde, not to mention any deaths from being completely crap geared trying to do the actual quests themselves is getting pretty unbearable

Most of the horde has been pretty cool about letting the few alliance level in peace so thats been nice. Everyone expected horde to be most population, but it's definitely showing signs of becoming...

Which faction? Me and my buddy are gonna be rolling Prot pally and resto shaman, leaning towards alliance. Usually play around 3pm-10pm PST but longer on weekends. Would be nice to have a solid group...
