True except for bosses. Bosses are not affected by nerfs in pre-nerf obviously. That would be the total opposite of pre-nerf.

I recommend Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh, Terokkar and Nagrand instead.

Karazhan were always easier than Heroics. The difficulty were more people needed and to organise. But in terms of needing to optimize, heroic 5mans is much harder.

Medivh is fine, bordering on too much (Outland is still a crazy funserver).

Changeable xp rates is completely pointless imo. Either make a x1-x2 sister realm (TBC-Lordaeron) or don't bother. I'd play on the low rate realm.
