I've donated only AFTER testing the realm two days by myself (during EU night). Of course I would never donate to any server/game before not testing it first. So what i wanna say is that many People...
Easy answer: Just level up as fast as possible with yellow or even better green quest ... go to the outlands with Level 58. Meanwhile dont even care about your gear. I know even rogues which leveled...
