That dungeon is bugged and can't be completed. Anything other then kick people and regroup or queue alone would be waste of time for everyone.

I think it's a bug, a phasing area bug. Happens when you've completed the chain quest for Brann Bronzebeard. All the monsters that you were able to see like worms, rhinos or blue drakes are not shown...

He probably queues with his alt for low level RDF and after he completes it other guys leave, leaving him and his alt in dungeon. After that he can just use the green eye on the mini map to go back...
