People that are more interested in PvP seem more likely to be on the server with faster leveling and the potential to buy gear so they don't have to bot BG's and take a month to level. Not surprising...
The server was created with a cash shop in mind, you aren't going to now sway anyones opinion. It's why they created Medivh, for people that didn't want one. People are going to justify their stance...

Their gear is actually pretty decent for not having farmed heroics, and they had a nice class comp (HoTs/CoH and mana efficient healers, good dps) as well as just knowing what they were doing....
