Get exalted with Darnassus faction. You can get the reputation by doing quests, most you can get at teldrassil, darkshore and ashenvale.

It's so hard to find a group for simple pug raids in here even during peak hours. I gave up and tried ICC, was like atleast 10x better. I don't if its just me but people in here tend to hate others...
