I really don't believe the issue is the same for both sides... I have been pushed out of an area by horde and come back after 6 hours of work to find the same players or guild members in the same...
I have played Horde and Alliance on this server and this seems to be a horde inspired practice... Sure the alliance gets angry and responds but I see more of this occurring on a Horde to Alliance...
Not trying to sound like a noob cry baby but why are the horde always in low level area's ruining the alliance leveling experience?
You are literally preying on players that cannot defend themselves...
