What is the xp rate of the new server?

I have 300k gold on Neltharion, pm if you still want to trade gold.

Still no quest is given after the changelog is out, the questchain is still broken.

Seems they messed up the questline.
My main, which has finished the questline, can take "Rocky Upheaval" from NPC now, which I could not find this quest from the NPC before their last fixes.

Update: No quest is given after Rock Bottom http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26575/rock-bottom

You can still finish 'Wayward Child' by queing RDF. However, after the quest is done, I still cannot find any mobs in The Stonecore when I enter the dungeon directly.

Few more things I wanna point...

"Impact" doesn't work properly, fire blast doesn't spread DoTs.
