Alliance has way higher winrate and a lot more healers in bgs. As a good geared and skilled Horde player you can solocarry though with the right class.

You can get rooster by getting r1 in 3v3 in the end of arena season. You can get murloc costume for participating in an warmane event. There was a 40v40 orcs vs draeneis event last year with lvl 1s...
