Naxx 25 was cleared with nearly every raid member not even being able to queue for Heroics. If you're complaining about raid difficulty, you should just get good.

Elemental Shamans are good. They provide amazing raid buffs, and easily get into any 10man raid composition.. And are required for 25man (if you're not dog in head).. They're very easy to play well....
