Its not QoL. Racials directly affect power of your character. Especially ones related to weapon skills.

You can buff 1 hour before raid or play on alts after main is buffed. Personally i dont feel like its missing but extra QoL is always welcome so this is only point i agree on.

you should have counted on it when you decided to play on pvp server, its part of a gameplay

increase AH tax instead of gold squish, since tax is % based it will adjust by itself to current economy
more gold in game -> higher prices -> higher tax -> more gold sinked, it will regulate itself
