Set cap on horde at 50 - 60% server capacity and keep free faction change open from horde to alliance.

well lets put it this way - spending my spare time on leveling with x1 rates for few weeks on something that might fail horribly, isn't worth investing time into.

I think world of logs works on any version of the game, given the combat log entries aren't stuck.
