Changing this to 2 rather than 3 would reduce the severity of the problem a LOT. You'd reduce the frequency of people jumping between BGs by up to 50% of it's current value. That's a big change.

Pros of this change:
More 'balanced' teams, i.e. 15v15, 10v10 and hopefully more meaningful PvP
Cons of this change:
Longer queue times...
This will reduce overall honor/mark gain drastically for a lot of players. Honor gain is already very slow with call-to-arms bonuses not applying correctly afaik? Any way to compensate for this?
