You can jump ther with even basic 60% mount/ ghost form and its propably possible without it

i got fresh 60 lvl shaman on ally side ofc and could join you too :)
It's not a problem on lordaeron :) Icecrown have too much ppl playing + 7x makes more ppl at endgame and so nodes are very hard to find
