Afaik all raids will get buffed, people missinterpret the word Hardcore
I've done LK 25 HC plenty of times, the addons there just warn you when the floor is going to cave in (which if you fail you are a ******), marks who gets grabbed be Valkyrs and that's about it....

The thing that might have happened there is maybe some other melee got parried and then the speed increase stacked or something (Just throwing ideas of possible causes since devs can't fix something...

Their aim as a hardcore realm is that people actually have to work hard to achieve their goals, not just outdps every mechanic in the game. Without any buffs and with Blizz HP Naxx would be cleared...
