It`s not a BUG per se...it`s the anti-speed hack working. As a warrior I feel your pain, but I rather have that instead of people using speed hack all around.

Well all those gears available on the NPCs wont be available on wrath release either, people will have to work for their gear, just like skill up tradeskill / grind rep for those gems.
