I guess Mod's need to clarify which scrolls do have drop chance, and which does not, atleast in my opinion.

Transmog rules were taken from pandaria's end patch xmog rules, and won't change anytime soon
if u want to remove the mog from let's say, a shadowmourne, back to it's usual form, ull need either scrolls of Purification (5 coins) or scroll of Illusion (50 coins)

Transmogrified Set Bonus items are shown as not equiped but the set bonus will work, its just a visual issue and can not be fixed due to client limitations.
