So our characters aren't being merged collectively as a server , we have to transfer them, is that correct? Open transfers are not to get a head start on the merge, they are the merge?

How about guild banks? Does it transfer over if you're a guild master or do you have to withdraw everything and deposit into inventory and regular bank? Or, does the actual merger handle guild banks?...

Will you merge Medivh with Outland? You may still be able to bring back players who stopped playing but were not interested in rolling on Outlands.
