This should be fixed on the next hotfix update.
There is still class fixes being actively done on MoP, just not at the rate as before as time is currently being split up between Lordaeron and MoP at the moment.
It's not likely to be added at launch, but we will eventually rework the visibility system to allow for this and other performance improvements with it.
This issue should no longer happen on the next lordaeron update.
