The quest is bugged, the bandage doesn't heal the soldiers & they just die, eventually failing the quest.
You can learn the next level of First Aid from a trainer or book i think?

What happens to my transmog if its the appearance of a Horde version item, but then i transfor to alliance? Will it retain the mog or the item gets cleansed?

I think those quests become available only after you reach honored, before that you have to turn in a fuqton of iron bar/heavy leather/kingsblood & items dropped by local mobs to some dwarf in local...

I think it only gives you that quest, if you are below a certain reputation level, but i'm not sure.
If you'd like to raise your reputation with them, the best way is to turn in Coilfang Armaments....

No, Zul'Aman is not working, at least not on Icecrown. Halazzi is bugged and simply disappears, becoming untargetable when he should summon his lynx spirit.
