Professions help with early game.

I went with Mining and Jewelcrafting.

I made 20 rings/amulets and put them all up at 1g each in the AH.... sometimes stacking them at 1g 10s...1g 15s and so...

The numbers may be close to 50/50 but the amount of 70's the Horde have vastly outnumber Alliance's

Well good thing I rolled two Horde characters when I did...

Either way I applaud them for trying to balance the server out

I hope the blues still drop as I arrive in Outland ....nothing drops in the Vanilla world.

I've been an Alliance guy since Vanilla back in 2006. Always will be. Not that I've never played Horde... I just enjoy the Alliance setting more. I rolled Alliance last night for this server.

I don't think we are whining...I think it's more confusion than anything. Essentially what happened with this change is that most people can no longer get 10 points per day like we used to.

Yeah well do your math again cause 107 divided by 10 = 10.7...not 17. The costs for every item in the point marketplace were increased substantially due to this change. Not that i'm complaining......

This is what's confusing me too. Seems like all they did for me was limit how many points I can collect to .8 or 8 before... instead of 10.

Screw the RDF... this reminds me of the good ol days of finding a group that actually WANTED to do the dungeon.

This. Look up the reputation rewards for certain factions. You can get some decent epics and blues from these to bump yourself up to heroics at least.

This. Sell every ore and plant you come across... you will make a ton of gold. It's good to get auctioneer addon as well.
