For a server, at the end, population have a value, more than coins!

Maybe a taxe will be more usefull, like 80% cut for over 100,000 gold on a caracter, 70% over 75,000, 50% over 50,000, 20% over 30,000

so this way you can hurt the one you want and not every body.

I don't think bringing players with full stuff will help a lot for the PVP in Neltharion, the biggest problem was the premades BG were a few alliances rules.
For the professions, I can't understand...
