No it's not just you. They dont care about fixing any bugs. It's best for you to find other MoP server if that's the expansion you want to play, you'll just waste your time here because FW is dying

1 year ban sounds like a great idea, hackers are just too common now. And while you're at it: 1 month ban for mindless PvP instead of doing the objective
